Track the Reds (Week 18)

Featured Replies

It's a long season, but my hopes are dwindling too.

The worst part is how good the Central is...we won't catch the Cubs and/or Brewers and even if we do, we'll have to battle the Cardinals.

The Reds could be a top 10 team in the NL and still be 3 or 4 in their division.

I'm still excited about the future, though.

There's only 16 teams in the NL. The Top 10 wouldn't be much of an accomplishment. As a matter of fact the 7-10 spots would have to be occupied by teams that were at least 3rd or 4th in their division.

One for every hit he'll get over the last two months with the ChiSox

Or one for every error and ball he misses while in center. The White Sox #3 jersey is Harold Baines number and is retired.

They are a top 10 team, considering the whole west isn't good and they are better than the Nats, Pirates and Stros.

I'm going ahead and saying it, the Reds will win 11 in a row, sometime soon....:sssh:

Sounds good to me,Strike Three.:thumb:

Jerry Hairston Jr. cf

Brandon Phillips 2b

Adam Dunn lf

Edwin Encarnacion 3b

Andy Phillips 1b

Homer Bailey p

That didn't take long at all.

Maybe it wasn't a good idea to hold on to Bailey.

Lot of pressure there on Bruce.

2 months to get used to hit...

BP Bailey...

He is trying to break his own record.

I think it's a safe bet that Homer might be catching a bus when Harang comes back, just maybe.

Griffey is batting 7th tonight and will wear 17, I guess Swisher did offer #30 and Griffey said no.

Maybe we should start a Track Griffey thread.

I wonder why he would want to wear 17? Isn't 3 available for the White Sox?

#3 was worn by Harold Baines and is retired.

Going to the 2nd in Kansas City, Griffey would come to the plate if someone can get on.
