I had completely forgot about that one, there a a few Eagle's songs that imo could make the list as well as Jim Croce's "time in a bottle" that Ihad not thought of and saw that madman posted. Don McClean's "American Pie" was a classic as well.

May 27, 200818 yr Smooth - Rob Thomas and Carlos Santana Just kidding, I hate that song with a fiery passion. Too tough to pick just one. Aside from some of the others mentioned, ones that could put up an argument in my book (discounting popularity and influence) are: Stand By Me - Ben E. King Soul to Squeeze - Red Hot Chili Peppers Nada - The Refreshments Sympathy For the Devil - The Rolling Stones Smells Like Teen Spirit - Nirvana Mayonnaise - Smashing Pumpkins Muzzle - Smashing Pumpkins Cold November Rain - Guns 'N Roses (yes Jim Schue, I feel kind of dirty, but I do love this song) It's The End of the World As We Know It (and I Feel Fine)- REM Wish You Were Here - Pink Floyd There are surely some others I'm just not thinking about.
