For those of you who made fun of Coach K when recruiting Patrick Patterson, What say you now?

Crying like a baby also. What would you do if K was recruiting you an was at your house an started crying? I wouldn't have the slightest clue, I'd just kinda stare at him like are you serious?

I didn't know Coach K cried...but I don't care either way. Crying doesn't make you less of a man.

BCG has frequently admitted he's a "baby." No issue there.

 

Its a funny comparison, but there are some key differences. The first being what I mentioned above. BCG apparently cries frequently. I seem to recall him crying on TV once but I don't remember for sure. Ever seen Coach K cry? Heard him talk about it? Me neither.

 

The second is the timing. Crying while trying to recruit a kid vs. crying because you're happy that a kid committed.

 

Anyway.. its still funny, and I'm sure UofL and Florida fans are having a good time because of it. They just better enjoy it now, because they'll be doing the crying in 2011. :lol:

IMO since Coach G is at UK, it is OK for him to cry in front of a recruit.

 

On the other hand, Coach K is at Duke. And he is Coach K. IMO him crying is out-of-line and embarrassing.
