April 22, 200818 yr You're right about that. You can really get arrested at anytime at the whim of an officer. I know a guy that recently got charged with 2nd degree disorderley and leaving an unattended vehicle running. Had to get a lawyer, go to court twice, missing work on one of those occasions, to have it all dropped. Why? The officer asked this guy to exit his vehicle. Not telling him to turn it off and didn't "like" how he got out. This stuff happens all the time.I'd love to hear the officer's side of that story.
