I love my Covington police force. They're some of the best in the business. But they're not perfect, nor do they get a free pass when they screw up.

By interrupting that law to a “T” the creators of Candid Camera, Punked, Americas Funniest Home Videos and several old and new TV shows, would all be in jail right now. Shouldn’t common sense (of the law, not the guy who swam across the river) be involved?

Again, common sense would suggest otherwise. It's like streaking. From your bathroom to bedroom -- no problem. Down the middle of Main street -- now you've got yourself a problem. There are some things you just don't do in front of a crowd of people!

 

There are laws against streaking. Non against swimming in the OH. You're reaching with that one.
