Alabama Larry, I am so thankful that your family is, overall, okay. I will be praying for the quick recovery of your wife.

 

For those of you that don't know, AL is a wonderful, caring man who finds his faith and comfort in God. Back in October one of our football players suffered a fluke injury during practice that landed him in the hospital for 16 days and ended his football career. Larry, who didn't know me or the player, made calls, put the kid on a multiple pray lists and came and visited the player in the hospital (the same hospital that his wife was taken to), raising his spirits and bringing him an athlete's bible. Larry, I know that you are too humble to to even think this, but I believe that your selfless good works please God...we know that His power of protection is infinite.

This is a God thing...due to the accident during her CT scan they found a small spot on a kidney. They said is very small and she had a MRI today and they want to wait until she is able to have the surgery. He made us feel real positive and not to worry. We are not worried..there are too many prayers like yours.

AL, I am so sorry I've just read this thread. I don't know how I missed it. My prayers are with you and your family. Remember that God is in control. He will care for you and your family...
