Arkansas and coach J. Pelphry, a Eastern Ky./Paintsville boy and a member of one of the most beloved U.K. teams....the "unforgettables" comes into Rupp on Saturday. I would never root against an EKY boy unless we (U.K.) play him.Coach Pelphry is doing a great job with Arkansas. I hope that he finishes the season strong but loses this one.

 

This imo is another "must win" for the Cats. What are everyones thoughts on this one?

If the Cats play like they did the final 30 minutes last night they will lose by 10.

Every game is a must win for these Cats. I have a feeling that the Razorbacks led by JP come into Rupp and hand UK a loss.

John knows how much UK needs this. I say he let's us win.

Unlike Georgia, Arkansas has proven they can win on the road, but they have only won 2 road games this year against a team with an RPI in the top 100.

 

Virginia Commonwealth and Baylor. I would like to think Kentucky is better than either of those teams.

 

16,11,22 and 6 are the 4 losses they have suffered on the road to "top" opponents.

 

My math is bad, but that comes out to around a 14 point average. So, I will say Kentucky wins by 10-15. I know that since conference play started Kentucky only has 1 win by 10 points or more, this will be their 2nd. :thumb:

This game worries me, because I think Arkansas can guard Patrick and teams that can do that usually beat us.

It will be good that John is coming back to Lexington and I know one thing is that he is very competitive and he wants this game more than anyone. I don't want him to beat us but I want him to coach well. It's a tossup for me but with the game in Rupp I say UK by 4.

I think Bradley, Crawford and Patterson will take care of business. JD

I have a bad feeling about this one. Arkansas by 5.

The Cats are a better team than Arkansas - especially at home.
