February 19, 200818 yr Where can you buy Lotto Tickets downtown close to 4th/Elm? Too lazy to go out searching. There's a magazine/convenient store on 5th and Walnut and a place on 4th and Main in the Atrium buildings. Down towards your end, I'm not sure what all is down that way, but there's got to be something. Most little convenient stores have them downtown.
