There are many reasons why the Reds haven't had a winning season in almost 10 years and haven't been to the playoffs in 15 years.

I think they are a 70-80 win team going into the season. If the pitching holds up, they avoid injuries and the bullpen is even slightly better than last year, they could creep up to 80-85. A few guys have career years and the bullpen is 100 percent better than last year, they could easily win the Central and go to the playoffs.

Goodness knows I have nothing better to do and win or lose, I will be watching them everyday.

So 80 victories wins the Central?

Yes, sadly. The Cubs don't have the pitching, the Cardinals aren't that good anymore, the Pirates are the Pirates, the Brewers will give the Reds the best competition with all the young talent with a year of experience under their belts, and the Astros are on the way down fast.
