230 yards of offense won't stop the Packers.

I don't mind seeing either, and would like to think that the Giants can win another on the road, but I don't think the cold weather will doom them, or Eli. I think the fact that they are playing against an offense that runs 5 wide a lot with about 3 1/2 corners will be their worst ememy.

I'll take the Giants. I think that they will get pressure on Favre because of the spread sets Green Bay runs in combination with the great d-line and the blitz packages. Eli makes enough plays and the Giants win another road game.

That might be a problem. But I think the Giants will at least get Sam Madison back next week. Let's hope Aaron Ross or Kevin Dockery makes it back also.

I am going to go with the Packers.

The Giants are on a roll on road games. They are playing very well right now. So, in taking all of that into consideration......

 

January + the Packer fans/cheeseheads + Lambeau Field/"The Frozen Tundra" + The Packers + Brett Favre = Green Bay Packers Going to the Super Bowl!!!

I love his quotes, there are too many to list, I love reading "quotes" from all of our past greats...Lombardi, Bear Bryant, Woody Hayes, Adolph Rupp, etc....

If it was Green Bay/Dallas I would have taken the Packers.

 

However, the Eli story, Coughlin, the injuries, everyone writing them off. I will take the Giants in this spot.

 

Either way, it's going to be a great story coming out of the NFC, even if they have no chance against the Patriots. :lol:

I also like the Packers but I see it being a very close, low scoring game in the freezing cold. Obviously, to me, the difference will be Brett Favre. Pack 17-13.

According to most, the Giants haven't had a chance for the entire playoffs.

I wish there was a way they both could lose, but since that's not possible I guess I will have to root for the GIANTS.

As I said before, people think the Giants match up better with the Packers than they did with the Cowboys. Both teams are in cold climates so I don't think that will affect the Giants that much. However, Favre's a freakin maniac that's awesome in the cold.

 

Close game, IMO:

Head: Packers 17-14

Heart: Giants 21-17

Gotta go with the Packers on this one!
