December 18, 200718 yr Beach Boys............was dating my wife at the time. I saw the Beach Boys and Jimmy Buffett was the warm up band. How lucky was that.:dancingpa
December 18, 200718 yr Heck, I've only been to 4 concerts in my life (Eagles at NKU back in 73, Buffet at UK in late 70's I think; Earth Wind and Fire somewhere in Louisville also in later 70's, and Rascal Flats in Cinti last week). All were enjoyable. As you can deduce, I'm not a big concert guy. I'd rather buy the cd and put it in my truck so I can listen to it whenever I want plus I can skip the songs I don't like. I do wish I would have seen Frank in concert however. Nothing wrong with Neil Diamond, Rockmom.
December 18, 200718 yr Heck, for me there is no guilt involved in it. I've seen Seeger, Bon Jovi, Journey, big Barry (Manilow), the Bee Gees, the Boss more than once, and even Janet Jackson, Buffet, and even Lionel (the train) Ritchie. All were great shows. Add to that Night Ranger, Loverboy, the Beach Boys, et al. If my friends don't like it, they just don't get it, which is cool too.
December 18, 200718 yr I went to one this summer that had Foreigner, Styxx, and Def Leppard playing. I wouldn't make fun of you for that. That sounds like an awesome concert.
December 18, 200718 yr Had to go see hannah with my little 10 year old cousin. Aunt bought the tickets... Waste of Money IMO Saw Rascal Flatts and Taylor Swift also. Shaina twain a few years ago at Charleston. Little Big Town The list goes on and on !!! LOL I want to see Taylor.:thumb: But Rascal Flatts puts on a good show.
December 18, 200718 yr Brothers Johnson in Dayton's Hara Arena, around 1977-78. I was a teenager, and my older sister took me. We were the ONLY 2 white people in the concert. Decent show, she has quite the personality, we ended up being the life of the party, dancing with many, and we ended up having a great time.
