Even if he's not on the report your theory holds water. He probably had to get a ton of proof on the players he released the names of. There's no way going back as far as he did that he should have only come up w/ 80 names. This thing is a joke.

I do not think anything is going to happen. Which is why I think this whole thing is a joke. I am still unsure they have enough evidence to get Bonds.

The current players, may have some issues to deal with, if MLB wants to pursue.

Go to page 179, read the report on how Giambi worked with Anderson, and then tell me Bonds "didn't know what he was taking." BS. Anderson had his system down.

 

In late November or early December 2002, after Giambi had returned to the

Bay Area, Anderson arranged for him to have a blood test at a hospital near BALCO’s offices. Giambi later met Anderson at a gym in Burlingame, where they reviewed the results of the test.

 

Anderson told Giambi that he had tested positive for Deca-Durabolin and warned him to stop using it because it would stay in his system for a long time and was easily detectable in a urine test. They then discussed starting Giambi on Anderson’s program of performance enhancing substances. Anderson explained how he would prepare a calendar for Giambi that would tell him what substances to take, and when, and promised that if Giambi followed the program he would not test positive in baseball’s drug testing program, which was to begin in 2003.

 

Shortly thereafter, Anderson mailed a package to Giambi that included a calendar,

injectable testosterone, the “cream,” the “clear,” and orange, white, and yellow pills. Giambi was not certain what the different pills were but believed one of them was Clomid.
