My guess is someone will have a good night and knock them off once, just dont know what team will be lucky and do that. I highly expect Elliott to be at Rupp come March, but you never know with the 16th Region, some good competition there.

Ugly 1st half. West wasn't really looking to score and way too many fouls.(33-19) Elliott starting scoring off its defense and hitting the 3-ball in the 3rd quarter and blew it wide open. Ferguson had tough time getting outside shot to go in the 1st half,(3 straight 3 pointers went in and out), but it started falling for him in the second half. I really don't think Elliott expects to put up 100+ all the time. The first two teams they played wanted to run with them for some reason. That will occur less and less as the season goes on. This was a good win for Elliott as they faced a team trying to do what most will do this season. Ethan Faulkner makes this team go and the addition of a stronger Knipp to go with Ferguson gives Elliott the inside game they need. The fact that Knipp and Ferguson can shoot the long ball only makes it tougher for a team to defend them with a big man. Evan Faulkner's defense was also a key in getting Elliott going after a slow start.

He played a fine game. Elliott got in foul troouble in the 1st half and he is the last guy you want to lose to fouols late in the game. The second half turned into a blowout. He is Elliott's leading scorer and will get his shots and points. He came out after halftime and was instumental in starting the blowout run.

According to the radio announcer Ferguson was obout the only starter that was not in foul trouble the first half, so that was not a problem with Ferguson. The announcer also said at the end of the game that Ferguson only had 2 fouls against him the entire game and that he set out over half of the last quarter.

Don't try to sugar coat it for Ferguson. He did not have a fine game. He did finally get on track and hit a two in the lane at the end of the third and and then 1minute into the fourth he hit his first three and was was immediately taken out.

Sounds to me like they dont even need him if he is just a scorer!! Yeah right!!

24.3, 6.boards, 4 asst, 3 steals, 4 deflections. With a small statline like that I would say he don't help this team go at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
