Um...probably a stupid question, but can someone please explain the Holiday Inn joke to me? I've seen Holiday Inn referenced out of the blue in several posts and I never know what they are implying. Help!!!

A series of commercials, in which the person does something really smart and, is asked (for example) "Are you a doctor?", and then explains "No, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night". I'd show you, but I can't find a video.

Oh...Gotcha. Thanks for the explanation. Usually, I'm pretty good at picking up on jokes, but that one was a head scratcher.

Do you not watch TV? There's probably two dozen different ones that have gotten major airplay over the past few years.

80's rock band named Queensryche and 11 was just easy to add.

Or what about the "I'm not a doctor, but I played one on T.V." commercials?

Well, it's nearing 1500 and I'm EXTREMELY bored here at work.

How did you come up with your BGP username?

Mine is pretty self explanatory: first name last name two digit yearof birth all rolled into one. I'm not very clever when it comes to these things.

I sometimes use mntnbikerbw at a few other sites, but generally stick with what you see here.

Later.

I think I am smarter than everyone else. :D

#10 in program, #1 in your heart.

#10 was my number when I played baseball in high school and college.

My number in football was 41, I would hope I don't need to explain the other part.
