Colts: Caught cheating?

Featured Replies

Just as much a lie as the NFL covering up the Patriots' SB cheating by destroying the evidence...

They cheated Kurt Warner. :fight:

Mike Martz is directly responsible for that loss...Darth Hoodie had a nice game plan and fortunately, his opponent was too stupid to figure out that when a team plays 7 DB's and you have the world's best RB (at that time), you could probably have success running the ball.

So, as much credit as Belichick deserves for that game...Martz deserves more blame, IMO.

It's done to gain a competitive advantage. No different from what the Pats did with the videotape. Was that also making something out of nothing? Or do you just give the Colts a pass because they've been painted up to be a "good guy" franchise?

They can't beat New England...is that not enough for you?

It is for me.

Clearly against the rules to plug in fan noise.

Deff. here the cd skip.....they should invest in a new cd player/cd

Darth Hoodie snuck in and scratched their CD...:D

What about historical moments of "homefield" issues?

How many times have the NY Giants been accused of opening certain doors for the wind to blow and try to effect kicking plays?

As a Dolphin fan I can't forget the infamous New England "win" in '82 when the convict got on a snow plow (under direction from New England staff) and plowed the snow so Tony Franklin could kick the game winning FG in a 3-0 game.

I don't see crowd noise issues comparing with Video issues but we are all a little too sensitive sometimes.

 Isn't there a huge sign up in Seattle with this?

They raise a flag with a 12 on it... The point is assumed, but nothing actually says "12th man".

They also have the same flag at the top of the Space Needle on game days.

It is completely different than what the Pats did. Should the NFL find the Colts guilty, do you think the punishment will be similar?

I have no dog in this fight and don't give anybody a pass, but who has painted the Colts to be a "good guy" franchise?? If anything Brady and company were painted with the same strokes until the recent videotaping scandal.

So if the NFL said this was not the case, why are people still discussing it?

No, not until the Colts backslide to their earlier levels of obscurity, and until they take all their miserable bandwagon Peyton fans with them. I'm so sick and tired of them.

Look at all the front runners jumping on the NE/Brady bandwagon, Jim. Heck, there seem's to be no shortage of them on this site alone. ;)

The NFL said that the Colts did not do it....Will Wolford was admament about that not being the case either. Case Closed.

Wow...There was definitely some un-natural noise at that 2:23 mark....Definitely got more quiet after that "skipping" stopped....

Which would lead one to believe that there were some audio problems...

Yeah, the illegal crowd noise being pumped into the dome.
