Please, do tell more. I always find it funny how these types of things always seem to come out at the most inopportune times such as the eve of the biggest playoff game in NKY. Are he and Holly buying a new house in Edgewood or Villa Hills If he needs any help moving I have a bunch of friends with pickup trucks that would be more than happy to help..... as long its within the borders of Kenton Co. that is.

 

Inopportune times? If you are referring to them playing CCH tonight than that is comical. What does "A" have to do with "B". Besides the fact that the conversation is aprospos if tonight is Dixie's last game of the year.

That is one thing I have to give to Cov Cath. They got a channel that plays all their games and they have that obnoxious guy on Sports Page with Don Weber that went to Cov Cath who just strokes their ego every chance that he gets. I can't stand that guy. Just makes me jealous that the birds can't even find someone to pick up any of their games. CCH and St X in Louisville are the only 2 schools I know that have their own radio station that will cover all their games. That's pretty cool. I know it would be great for my parents, for example, who have a hard time due to age, getting to go to a lot of games, even at DCMS(DavidCecilMemorialStadium)

If I'm not mistaken, they don't do every CCH game, just most of them. And technically, they're not CCH's "station". CCH just pays them more than anyone else, so they follow the money.

I'm not disputing or acknowledging the accuracy of your statement, just saying that it's funny that things like that always seem to be brought out or come out at the most inopportune moment. It was more of an ovservation about life than a dig at you HS. I know you and even though you are a BLUE colonel fan first, also realize that you have connections that many people do not. I don't doubt for one minute you've heard that. I've heard similar statements of the past 5 years myself. Don't know who starts them or why, but I'm guessing there must be some measure of validity to them or they would go away.

 

With that said I wouldn't be willing to put money on the idea, if I had any to bet or if it was legal to do so on here that is.

Long story, but I have no hard feelings toward my alma mater whatsoever. Actually it's quite the opposite. But thats another story. Now back to the game!
