I think that Tebow may be a lot better than Flynn, but UFs D is not nearly as tough as LSUs D. They were giving up an average of 9.8 (or something like that) ppg and we put up 43 on them. Thats pretty amazing.

I am a little worried with UF having two weeks to prepare for us but we just came off the biggest win in school history and there is no way we will have a letdown against UF especially with College Gameday coming to town.

Tebow - 1,455 passing yards 13 passing TD's, 3 INT's, 500 rushing yards 9 rushing TD's.

 

Flynn - 947 passing yards, 5 TD's, 4 INT's, 51 rushing yards 1 TD.

 

Tebow is A LOT better than Flynn. UF's D is giving up around 320 yards of total offense a game. Around 230 passing yards and around 95 rushing yards. Florida has gave up 20 or more points 5 times this year.

My pre-season prediction was 27-24 Florida. I will change that now to Kentucky 31-27. Florida's O presents a matchup problem for UK. However, I think the D will rise up to the occasion.

I want to pick UK so badly. I just think that 2 straight losses for UF and having an extra week of rest could be the difference. I hate to do this and hope I am wrong for the 2nd straight week.

Although I think the score will be in the 41 - 27 range, I agree with your sentiments.

 

* Off of two straight losses.

* Off of a bye-week.

* UK coming off the biggest win in most of our lifetime's.

* Tebow is a unique animal, and running QB's have KILLED UK the last few years.

I don't see anybody stomping the Wildcats this season. But I think given all the circumstances, I had to pick UF. But, I picked LSU last week and hope to be proven wrong yet again. My heart 110% wants to pick UK, ... and for the first time in a lot of years, so does my head the way they are playing.

 

I can promise you this, ... if they pull this one out, I won't pick against them the rest of the year!

I've seen UK knock off Louisville and LSU this season and Commonwealth Stadium go from a social gathering spot with a football game in the background to an honest-to-goodness SEC stadium. All I will say is "I believe."
