UK 43 LSU 37 (3 OT)

If some UK fans can say that about Brohm, why can't he say it about 'Dre?

Maybe its laughable because of how UL has been criticized for not running the ball when its been clear they could... Can't say that about UK...

BTW, isn't this a UK/LSU thread???

I agree with all of your statements. The guy you are commenting on has been very critical of several UK players (Woodson and Little), and now LSU's all-American defensive tackle.

I think he is just eaten up with being critical, period.

Wonder what the outcome of the game would be if Little had been playing. I really like the Locke kid.

UK has had more than enough balance this year. Can't say the same for the Cards.

UK -

Running - 273 attempts - 1400 yards (5.1 ypc)

Passing - 253 passes - 1820 yards (11.2 ypc)

52 / 48 - run to pass

UL -

Running - 250 attempts - 1133 yards (4.5 ypc)

Passing - 301 attempts - 2784 yards (13.7 ypc)

45 / 55 - run to pass

Not bad for either, IMO

^Huge difference there RP....;)

UK has RAN twenty more times than thrown.

UL has thrown FIFTY more times than ran.

It really is a bigger difference than you think.

You haven't watched much UK football during Little's career, that is very clear.

Also, what exactly do you have the inside scoop on?

Dixon has been hurt and now fumbles all the time. That's primarily the reason Little kept his job.

I have the inside scoop on, well pm me.

If UK threw the ball as many times as Louisville does, they'd have at least 2 more loses. Balance works very well for this team. The South Carolina and LSU games show this to be true.

UK has has situations where they needed to run the ball and try to sustain longer drives to give the defense a blow. They have done that and I really like the balance. It is hard to win being very one dimensional and UK has proven that they are not. I love the upside for Locke. What a find this kid is! A true North/South runner with speed.

UL has been in more situations where they had to throw more, but I think you give them a lead and see if they don't use Allen and their running game to keep their D off the field a little more.

I loved the purple and yellow sign someone had that said Geaux Home.

What a game. Congrats to UK. I was actually cheering for them to pull off the win. :thumb:

A great day for football in the commonwealth. Both UK and UL beat ranked opponents and see their Heisman candidates move back up the list! It doesn't get much better than this!!!
