I don't think any team with one pitcher and one power hitter like Highlands can be considered a contender.

Please...continue to overlook the Birds...being the underdog is a refreshing change for us...but beware the Birds at tourney time!

I do not under estiamate the potiental that highlands has.. all i am saying is that it will be tough to when a region with one pitcher.. this goes for any team.. it will be hard because of the back to back games.. never under estimate a opponent but all i am saying is the road for a region championship will be tough and one pitcher normally cant get it done!

Young talent or not, Conner isn't going to be beating Ryle or Boone this seaosn....Nice team but not this year in that Distirct.....

Farris, Reed (Finished .500 with suprising pwer), Houlehan (Good hitter but speed kept him from many extra-base hits), Losack (Best JV hitter and should have probably seen more varsity at bats), other than those four IDK

Beechwood could move up the ladder quickly if their youg pitchers develope over the winter. They already have one of the best if not the best pitchers in NKY in Cody Elliott.

Who are the young pitchers? They have two returning seniors and are returning two juniors. All four of these young men can pitch. Don't be surprised if the number one pitcher isn't used primarily as a closer. The young pitchers will no doubt see the mound. There are some good ones in the 10th and 9th grades.

Both CCH and Beechwood have the bats,but between the two teams which will have the better defense and which team will have the best leadership? The pitching between the two is fairly even

It's going to take more then one player to compete in the 9th. Heck, you have to win 7 post season games just to get to the state level. I suppose Wrobleski is a pitcher? He may get 2, maybe 3 post season starts if NCC makes it that far, so again, who is going to help them get there?

Yes and headed to Ohio State to play in the outfield. Pangallo, Enzweiler, Lipscomb all can pitch. Don't expect Wrobleski to pitch but he will hurt you with his bat and speed in center field. Expect to see NCC in the post season fray. They have alot more talent than just who is mentioned.
