October 8, 200719 yr I just read in the Daily Independent that Ashland will be getting a Cheddar's restaurant, scheduled to open in Spring of 2008. I've eaten at the one in Lexington one time, and it was really good. Has anyone else ever eaten at one, and if so what is your opinion of it?
October 8, 200719 yr One of my favorite places to eat. I've ate at two in Indiana and both were excellent, service was quick and prices comparable, to other restaurants.
October 8, 200719 yr Cheddar's is very good. Everything is made from scratch which makes the food even that much better IMO.

October 8, 200719 yr This is great news! I'm beginning to wonder when we are going to see some growth out at Cedar Knoll though. The new alcohol law has been in place now since July and I haven't seen any indication of growth. Has the new eatery in the mall opened yet?
