October 4, 200718 yr I'm more of a fan of Amish trail bologna and their horseradish cheese. Yum! My wife makes something she calls "combination - ground up bologna, cheese, pickles and mayo. Not bad. Sounds like a mixture of ham salad and pimento cheese spread. Pickled bologna, mustard, and colby cheese on crackers is awesome.

October 4, 200718 yr I love it! My dad and brother are obsessed with these pickled quail eggs that they found at this truck stop on the way to Talladega. We'll be headed that way tomorrow morning, and they are so excited about it.

I never go on a deer hunt without Vienna Sausage in the back pack. Pickled bologna and crackers are a great game night snack. Bologna rubbed with yellow mustard and baked is also good.
