Hey Scribe;

 

Fern Creek had over 150 yds. in penalties as well. The officials thought they were playing and wanted to be noticed. Twice during the drive before the half where Meade scored with 4 seconds remaining, their drive was kept alive by penalties. Fern Creek had a 26 play drive that included about 6 plays of penalties in the second half for the go ahead score, including a bad pass interference call and a bad block in the back call; one for them and one against them. Fern Creek also had a TD called back on a penalty. It was a very close game, poorly officiated.

Great job! I liked the tidbit including Lone Oak. I think Corey Robinson is the best quarterback Lone Oak's had since 1991 when Greg Shelton led them to a first round upset over Owensboro Catholic.
