I think it will be a closer game than it has been in the past, but I choose CCH by 10.

Cov Cath will win this match-up easily. Nothing against NCC, but Cov Cath needs this one more than NCC. Cov Cath vs. Ryle scrimage was a pretty close contest - big men against big men. IF Cov Cath can get the passing game rekindled from last year... they should man handle the breds from Newport.

Ncc is a solid team. CovCath is still fixing some lose parts while NCC is set.

My decision comes down to who is the qb for Cov Cath.

With Isler I give the edge to Cov Cath. He has the best arm and can see over the big guys up front to find the receivers. Makes NCC defense worry about stopping more than the run.

This looks to be a major rebuilding year for Cov. Cath. At Nippert on Saturday the offense was very bland. No more wide open run and gun. Three yards (or less) and a cloud of whatever kind of particulate dust rises from FieldTurf. Take the Breds on Saturday in a mild upset.
