August 13, 200719 yr Back in the early 90's the madrais shorts were in just like they were back in the 60's or 50's I dont know, maybe some of the OLD GUYS on here can talk about that. Interesting they are making a comeback. I had a pair of madras back in the day. I don't think I can pull it off now. I will stick to the all black is slimming theory.
August 13, 200719 yr Me and my fraternity brothers were rocking plaid shorts with polos in Summer of 2005. I am in no way sayign I started the trend,, but it shocks me to now see plaid shorts everywhere.

August 14, 200719 yr Don't like em', don't wear em'. I don't see any other comments from the women of BGP, but I honestly don't care for them either! I even tried on a plaid skirt with a solid top, but just didn't care for it!
August 14, 200719 yr Nope. Never owned a pair and doubt I ever will. I'm not too into style or clothing. A pair of khaki cargo shorts is about as fancy as I get with the clothes. Other than those, its all jeans.
August 15, 200719 yr Bring back Skidz. Please do not bring these back.....Skids were like wearing your pj's out on the street. I had a pair of checkered ones and would wear them to the gym and that was about it. Oh how hideous... glad I dont have any pics. Lets see. mullet, skidz, turquois tank tops.....definitely cheesy.
August 15, 200719 yr If I ever wear dark dress socks pulled up while wearing shorts, I have asked my wife to shoot me as I have officially lost my mind. Just wanted to add that. Don't forget the dark socks WITH SANDALS...:thumb:
