My question would be since he is a curriculum guy and is the super's right hand man would Bellevue let him go with less than 30 days until school starts?

What makes you think that Strong wants him? Strong has worked in 10th region schools his entire career except for a year at Dixie. I would venture to say that if he was advising the ad and principal he would be looking for someone with 10th region experience. CC has a great football coach that understands Northern KY, now we need a bball coach that understands the road to the "Fieldhouse."

Camel 1 great point. Lets see.........district title at Brossart was in the.......10th..........Coached 3 years in the tenth. Beat CC when in the 10th......more than once.

Rowe has applied multiple times for CCHS openings (in two sports) and has obviously never gotten the job.....maybe this time if he tries he will succeed.

One does wonder why a beloved home grown fellow would want to leave such a rewarding place as BBHS? I am sure some will say money, and benefits which are going to be better at a public school vs a private school…..but for some of us who have been in the right places at the right times around the right people know, as in many cases, what goes on behind the scenes is not what is seen out in public or written about by some of the Mustang faithful on such places as BGP. Maybe the grass isn’t so green as BBHS?

C squared those are valid points for Bob Rowe. He would be an excellent choice and would understand the situation.

Here is what I know:

Strong and Seiter are friends and since Seiter is in administration at the central office speaks to Strong fairly regularly. Strong according to people at Bellevue has talked with him although Coach Seiter won't say anything to me and I asked him directly about it.

He has bought a house somewhere out in the CC area and has some pretty strong athletes that go to Bellevue Schools.

I assume Seiter will eventually end up coaching again.

He also is the boss of a CC board member and is pretty good friends with her and they work well together at Bellevue.

nyranger has a valid story. However the applications of better candidates will prevail.

That sounds like Willie to me?

Both of them took care of CC when they were coaching. My guess on this is its Seiter's job if he has ties to Strong. I tell you , Willie is not leaving Highlands. He lives in Ft. thomas, coaches at his Alma Mater. He would be silly to leave this situation.

100% agree :thumb:

Here are some points to ponder:

- After Brother Johns leaving the football program like he did, feelings toward admin. Willie is not in the mix.

- Football field fued leaves anyone from Brossart out.

- To big of change from office to teacher/coach keeps Seiter at Bellevue.

- Carr has a great thing at Scott, Only change would be for Holmes, if any.

- If the math and years works out, one of the best coach ever in NKY will be at Campbell next year.

WOW--The Camel faithful's jealousy seems to have no bounds???? Get over it--Bobby Rowe wants no part of Campbell?? Do you really want to get into what's going on "behind the scenes" in the area after the follies of the last several years out Claryville-way???? Hopefully you'll get one of the other BBHS coaches, ex-coaches, ex-players, etc. to come and put some enthusiasm and organization into your programs like Coach Enzweiler?? I'm sure your administration will come up with a good candidate for the hoops' job, and with a little luck win the district next year, with the other programs' losses and your returning talent. Your dreams came true on the football field issue, so maybe now's time to let the dust settle, and let the programs continue to move in their prospective directions!! BBHS is pleased with theirs!!!!!

Listerman?

I don't think the Camels need another short term coach?? They need a enthusiastic young guy who will commit to building the program and staying in place for a while!! The program has the pieces in place to demand such a guy!!

^^It has the pieces but no one can ever seem to put them together.
