Maybe. I bought season tickets thru them to get my ticket and Im just going to sell the rest on ebay. Im not sure that single game tickets to this game are available thru their ticket office just yet but there will be plenty to buy off ebay an the other place of such.

The Spring proved to me the UC D is going to be a fast, hard hitting nasty bunch. If Mauck can come in and be above average they will be bowling once again...

I thought the D looked great. I thought the O lineman looked slow. I realize the lines were split between the two squads and I' m sure that makes a diffference. With the spread offense the O line are on an island, often there will be no TE or RBs to assist in the blocking scheme. Do you know if the QB coming from Wake ia a pocket passer or a scrambler? May make a difference.

I plan on catching 10 UK games this year and will be very satisfied with a 7-5 regular season record. I also find it to be very doable.

 

02Ram, where does Mike Donoghue figure to be in the OL mix? I had heard from him he was vying for a starting guard position..

You have to also consider they are converting from a Big 11 style power line to a mobile spread line. It's going to take some time to make the adjustments, but they should be fine by September.

 

Mauck isn't a scrambler, but he can get out of the pocket when needed. He set a ton of national records running the spread in high school so he's very comfortable with the system...

I can't wait till this fall when Football is in full swing...UK will have alot more play-makers, and alot of guys returning.

 

This will be a competitive year on the UK Roster IMO.

They only lost 3 SR's on D from last year...

U.K. may be better with a worse record than last season, I'll trust GT (oh boy!) :scared: on UC just bc I don't know much about them. I hope that U.L. stays injury free. (yes, thats all I am going to say about them )

The Big East is coming off two straight BCS bowl wins, a 5-0 2006 bowl season, will start the year with two teams ranked in the Top 10, maybe even Top 5, has four teams that have been Top 25 in different preseason rankings.

 

But being the best won't mean much. Sure. :lol:

 

As for room for improvement, I absolutely think it's there. The most obvious place for improvement is on defense: Louisville was a solid defensive team, but will be better this season. Louisville could be a better road team than we were under Petrino, that would be very nice, especially if the Cards stayed dominant at home.
