May 4, 200719 yr Author I've no idea because I don't follow either program that closely. My point was that UK will still have plenty of regional coverage, good or bad, in the southeast. This will come through SEC games of the week and the various news outlets covering the SEC throughout the area. I would expect that UL does not have nearly as much regional coverage in the southeast as most of their opponents and their conference is based in the northeast. While they do have South Florida, who do you think gets more coverage, the Bulls or the Gators? In any event, I don't see how taking a whupping on national TV helps UK in any way shape or form. If that's weak or cowardly, so be it. Last time I checked we are coming off of a very good season for our standards at this point. We have a brutal schedule, but our team should be even better than last years and there is a lot of positive things going on in the program right now. I believe in a couple years you will have to eat some crow for that statement.

So far in this thread you have said I am biased after a post where I said UL is the better football program. You have said that an argument that UK feels it would help their chances by playing after getting a couple games under their belt and you laugh at the fact that I think the program will maintain a pretty decent status over the next few years. :lol: :lol: :lol: I guess its a boring day at the office.
