I'm anxious to see the freshman RB who's supposedely so good...I've heard comparisons to Marcus Moss and Danny Kirby...If thats the case, he'll definately be special....Do you think he'll knock Trevarthan or Dumas out of there spot or play a backup role?

 

The kid is good but he won't start over Trevarthan. Andy proved at the end of the season just how good he is and Andy also has great hands. The freshman may start along side of Andy but not in his place. Dumas graduated two years ago. The other kids name at running back is Murrell.

This is the year for LCA to climb back into class-A's elite. They were extremely young last year and slower. This year will be diff. on reynolds rd., but a state title might have to wait another year.

Lexington Christian was probably a legitimate top-six team in Class A in 2005 ... beat Beechwood in the playoffs and lost to Newport Catholic in the quarterfinals.

LCA has been a solid contender for the past 2-3 years...With realignment to the 6 class system, and no longer having the NCC, Danvilles, Bardstowns in the mix, they, imo, are one of the elite 1a programs and most likely will be year in and year out...

LCA has the potential of becoming the elite team in the east. It's the only private school on that side of the state.

L.C.A. could have a say in that . I do agree that these are the two favorites but imo there are other teams capable.

I agree 100%, LCA also had a VERY young team last season and should be a force in class A this season.
