Anderson and Brooks did not show up for try outs

Davin Anderson from Doss was there and had a good tryout. Jeff Brooks was a no show!

Brooks as a no-show is a disappointment. The kid's size and talent would have made him a key player against Indiana.

I don't recall seeing Jeremy Anderson there but yes Davin Anderson was. In fact, the team that he, Matt Walls, Justin Hicks, and Austin Hill played on never lost a game during the first 2 sessions.

Jeremy Anderson of Warren Central, Douglas Beaumont of Male and Tristan Jones of Clark County declined invitations to the tryouts for various reasons.

 

Tristian Jone had to have a bone graph on his wrist Tuesday is why he could not attend...the other two I don't know their reasons.

Beaumont's decision, I'm sure, had to do with his football all-star commitment.

I would like to wish Mr. Jones a speedy and full recovery from surgery. I would like to wish all the participants good luck on making the team. They worked hard and it was a honor for the invite. I also have to say that each one that I saw represented the state, their schools, and their families well.

Wow, getting an early start I see, I guess most DI programs want you enrolled in summer school though.
