With his past, you would have thought Gillispie would have been a Louisville assistant coach at some point.

Classy.

Thanks

Right up there with all the UK fans that blasted Willard and now want to ignore this.

With his past, you would have thought Gillispie would have been a Louisville assistant coach at some point.

And the UK fan base was very supportive and accepting of Pitino's decision to keep Willard, correct.

They also condemned Delaware for not hiring Willard based on his arrest right.

Face facts, there was a very vocal faction among UK fans that tore Pitino and Louisville a new one for keeping Willard after his arrest and that same faction said that Deleware was right for not hiring a man with a DUI in his past. They also said that the morally superior administrators at UK would NEVER hire a person with a DUI to lead their impressionable young people.

Now that same faction wants to ignore that their latest saviour has the same conduct in his past.

That's classless.

The overbearing fans will drive Billy DUI to the bottle soon.

Billy G. is okay.

Bluegrass Billy is just silly.

How about we call him Plan C?

I like Plan C . Lets go with that.

I remember a few UK knuckleheads making a deal about it, but I remember most thought he got a raw deal when Delaware withdrew their offer. I suggest you provide some links on here to show it was a majority. The same way a few UL knuckleheads are making a big deal about Gillispie's arrests instead of the majority of the UL fan base.

My take on knuckleheads is that it takes one to know one. I don't know any.:sssh:

Where did I say majority? I said a vocal faction.

Now since you say MOST UK fans felt that Willard got a raw deal at Deleware maybe you can show me a link to that.

Hey, it happened to Eddie Sutton. Maybe that should be Billy G's nickname, "Eddie Sutton Jr." It would certainly make sense then how he's such a good recruiter. But hey, as long as he doesn't get caught, or drink and drive any more, I'll take him. Who cares if he's late for a plane on occasion.

"HillBilly Gillispie"

Can't take credit (ESPN.com) for that one but it's funny.

Not really sure on a nickname, but I vote we change the pep section to.....

""The G Spot":ylsuper:

I'll probably pay for this one, but it was too good to resist.:p

Problem is, most of you waterboys would be walking around Rupp all night, up one ailse and down the other because you could never, ever find the G-SPOT!
