Good season for Mason !!! I know Miller is a Jr. but what is the outlook for Mason next year ???

We retain the big 3 Miller,Setty and Middleton.Returns a very good JR to be class and next years Freshman to be is absolutlely loaded not sure on any PT for them yet but watch out for them as there probally 1 of the top 3 classes to come through the school.One of the biggest things that might help Mason is how much all the other schools in the 10th region loose.

Coach Carr from Scott was an assitant under Humphrey?

 

I could be wrong on the timeline of things but Bradd was at SK for a few years along with Steiner. Steiner left for Lawrence Co, I think only one year, then he came back to SK, Humphrey left for GRC, Steiner got the SK job, I believe Carr stayed as an assistant for one year under Steiner then left for Scott after Jeff Trame resigned.

Believe me i hope they are and yes they have a great shot to,but we have to develope a bench 1st that will show to be proven.:thumb: We better get back to the topic at hand ok.

I am not criticizing him... I have seen him play for years now and he is always being mentioned in the same breath as other top players in the region. He is a great kid and comes from a great family, but he just didnt look like the same Russ Middleton that I have seen play several different times this season. Sorry if it came out wrong, never intended to criticize anyone.

 

The thing is hes just a sophomore. He has plenty of time left to show he can play well in big games. I would think he will get better and better with hard work. He needs time to develop further.

Listened to the game on the radio. It sounded like a great game to attend. It is too bad either team had to lose.

 

On a side note, it is really odd that the Mason County local newspaper would print an article on the front page of the paper about a Sweet Sixteen celebration (organized by Mason County fans) before the regional semi-finals. That is really tempting fate and karma.........not a good idea. It seems that the article could have been held back for a few more days.

Heres why they did this,There was a lot of confusion going around Maysville because "this party" was totally being set up and done by a group of fans that got way ahead of themself.The school officials wasn't even aware of anything and not involved whats so ever in this.So when this group of fans was trying to get area business to support this and donate to this a lot of the business started calling the school to see what was going on before donating to anything.The school was in the dark on anything going on and after a lot of calls they finally wanted something to be out there to clarify that the School had nothing to do with this and it was a group of fans.Thats why the article was ran.
