I didn't say anything about who was I better (I don't think). That's a possibility but I don't think it'll happen, but I do wish both success.

I think I'll bow out here, as this is heading in a direction I certainly didn't intend. Mike's a great player, however in my opinion Corey's a better ALL AROUND player; a point you guys seem to consistantly be overlooking in this discussion?? IMO Pelle brings more to the table with his ability to rebound and defend inside, and you guys keep discussing quickness, etc. Mike's incredibly quick, as is Corey; and if you want to discuss overall ability, I'm in, but if you try to turn this into me bashing Mike, I'm out!! :confused:

At this point you might be right but there are guys playing D-2 ball all around this country that are undersized. Heck even some playing D-1 ball. You have to think that maybe these kids with another year will develop a little more and im sure that wherever they may go that team will have them bulk up in the weight room.

Mustang you hit the nail on the head. Hester is a very good High school player but he will get exposed in college by bigger, just as quick and stronger guards. There are only a few Mugsy Bogues types out there.

 

Good analysis with SEiter as he was a phenomenal offensive threat from anywhere on the court but you are right, his size and strength caught up with him at NKU.

 

I wish Hester the best but like others on here, I don't think NKU is in his plans.

 

On the Pelle front, he gives you the bigger ahtletic body to put maybe 15-20 pounds on in college. With his leaping, scoring and defensive abilitities I think he will help a D2 program out somewhere.

Nathan Sharp is a solid player, but I wouldn't put him in the same discussion as Hester or Pelle.

Pelle would do well at NKU. What people don't know about Cory is he played youth football with Zach Kiernan,Jared Harris, Michael Vicars, Bob Schnieder and was one of the best players if not the best player on the field. He would have been an All-State Football Player.
