I was sitting watching the Cats and Auburn game and was wondering if there were any really good games this coming week in opening rounds of district play. I know not nearly as many now since most all schools seed their districts. In the 42nd district the Henry Clay and Bryan Station game will be a good one. Anyone else feel free to share so I/We can maybe watch some online.

Walton and Grant co. should be a good game.

Covington Holy Cross v Beechwood in the 35th should be a good one! Teams each won on their home courts in their 2 games during regular season and both teams won 20 games this year.

From the 12th Region:

1. 47th District- Pulaski (#4 RPI) vs. Rockcastle Co. (#5 RPI)
2. 45th District- Danville/Lincoln Winner vs. Danville Christian 
3. 45th District- Boyle (#8 RPI) vs. Garrard (#12 RPI)
4. 48th District- Southwestern (#7 RPI) @ McCreary Central (#13th)

My guess is all of these games are played in a few possessions window.

What do you think the outcome of this one will be?

Eastern at CAL. Either squad can beat anybody in the 7th Region on a given night, but the loser is done after this game.

If Station comes to play, I really don't see this game being close.

Ballard plays KCD in other semi I believe

Apollo vs Owensboro Catholic will be a dog fight in the 9th District.

They split in the regular season with Station winning by 8 and Clay winning by 3.

It’s a 5-team district now, with KCD playing Portland Christian in a play-in game. But of course Ballard will be a huge favorite against either team.
