Not really. I don’t think Woodford County would come in 3rd in the district.

Hampton had 225 yards all purpose at one point on limited touches and 4 TDs

You could see flashes of the high level talent that Woodford has. The Devils just never let it gain momentum. Realistically WC goes 2nd in our district… Tomlin is a good RB, but he was stopped often by Tee Green who is highly underrated. He deserves his flowers. He stopped the majority of potential big plays and was a huge player tonight. He reminds me of LSU’s honey badger that played in the NFL. 

Congrats to Woodford County on a great season. Almost certain they will be back with a vengeance as most of their players are juniors and sophomores.

We’ve been saying for a month or so that Owensboro was easily the most complete team in 5A and they are proving it right now. The Devils completely dominated a really good football team in Woodford. Coach Ganaway has done an incredible job in his first season. Evan Hampton is a real deal Mr Football candidate. It’s pick your poison with the Owensboro offense. The defense doesn’t get talked about nearly enough. Tons of respect for Pulaski but it sure looks like it’s the Devils year. Congrats to OHS nation on the trip to Kroger. We’ll see ya Saturday!

It's true.  I played against him.  I was a Jr and I think he was in 3rd or 4th grade and we were the same height.  

Hampton unofficially with 8 carries for 265 and 3 TD’s with another 51 yard reception for a TD.
