Final a heck of a game on the road for the Cats! Next up I'm not sure who it is.?‍♂️?

Told ya.

That felt good.

What an amazing win! Great performances by so many people. Robinson with a great gutsy effort while cramping in the second half. Brea made huge plays, Oweh huge clutch free throws, Williams finally played with the size and strength that he has, Almonor huge threes and some good defense. Noah continues to give good minutes, I even think Chandler gave good minutes tonight besides for that one bad turnover. Great job coaching by Pope. The offense was great and the defense had one it’s better games of the year. Just so many great things about this game.

This team truly is a team that you really have no idea how they will do in the tournament. They are a team that could be knocked out early and it wouldn’t be surprise anyone. It is also a team that could go on a deep run and it also wouldn’t be surprising.

Thank goodness the Vols shot it so bad (34.7) and especially from 3 (24.7) because it is hard to win on the road in the SEC against a top team when you have 13 turnovers and give up 19 offensive rebounds. The turnovers not really bad with our guards out but the 19 offensive is unacceptable just thankful it didn't cost us tonight. This was a much-needed win for the Cats! Hogs come to town Saturday night with a 9:00pm tip.

Huge win. Terrific games from the starters. Also thought Noah and Chandler were good off the bench. He didn’t score but that was Chandler’s best outing since the exhibition season.

All 5 starters tonight for the Cats were in double figures and scored 70 of the Cats 78.

One of the good moves I thought Coach Pope made was in the 2nd half having Wiliams bringing the ball up and playing some point to allow the guys who are the shooters and used to being #2 and #3 positions stay in those and concerting on shooting and not so much having to worry about ball handling all the time.

Heck of a win that I didn't expect.

I don’t think our defense was that stellar. Vols missed a ton of open shots. We were hitting fine on offense but our defense is the weak link followed by zero/weak rebounding on defense. Fortunate to win with the turnovers. Offense played really well, Vols are on awesome on defense.

Noah looked like he belonged on the floor.  I was really happy for him.

I can't believe Oweh didn't crack a cheekbone on the fall from that baseline drive late in the game.  He hit hard.

UK beat the banked in 3 jinx tonight!!!

I think every loss this season the oppent has banked in a three. Tonight not only did UT bank one in, a student banked one it to win a shooting contest promotion.

Tennessee's basketball team might be a better football team than their football team.

Agreed. I haven’t been a big fan of Williams handling it much, but tonight is the right move. I honestly loved the intensity Pope had on the sidelines tonight too. I think this team needed him to be a little bit more firey and he was that tonight. It was fun to see.
