Over 500 kids are signed up for FTJFL tackle program in the fall, and it's only April. Things are alive and well, and it's driving some people bonkers! 

I agree, I’m assuming but with a school with big numbers you’re bound to ruffle some feathers (no pun I swear). Good luck to all.

Sometimes the parents evaluation of their player differs from the coaches evaluation of the player. Sometimes when the feedback from coaches differs from the parents view, they look for what they think is a better situation. I do not fault any player or family for searching for what is best for them.

One player just quit football. It happens. The other fell into the situation above and is attending a D2 school on the east side of Cincinnati. Not a GCL school.

The program is deep. There are guys there to step in. 

I'm sure there have been people that didn't like Dale, Noel, Eddie, Lynn... I could keep going. Not everyone is going to agree all the time. 

But I like your persistency....

Who has left the team and what school did they transfer to?

Honestly not quite sure I understand the gripe.  Kid played on both sides of the ball.  It is my understanding that family has been hunting around for last year or two and this time they left.

For the one going to Cincinnati, the family will have to move to Ohio to get him eligible. That always stuns me that someone will move their family to get a kid eligible to play high school sports at a different school. Zero chance I would ever do that.

They could have a family member that already lives in Ohio. I know several kids that played in Ohio that lived in KY.

Already moved and enrolled.
