Bunch of really bad looks inside 3 minutes. It’s like I said in the update thread, this team has to learn to execute offense and slow the game down. 

Jay Bilas called that a well-played game.  What an idiot.  Fun?  Absolutely.  Well-played?  Nyet.

I now hate Hunter Dickinson.   

I hate to correct Hunter Dickinson but Kansas is not the winningest team in college basketball it is still Kentucky by now 6 games.

Losing the game sucks, because you want to see them start winning these types of games again. However, you have to love what we seen from this team. This UK team just looks different. Very athletic, and fast, and playing a more fun style of offense. The offense scored a lot of points tonight and that was without any of their true big guys, and without Edwards and Wagner really doing anything. Which those two will be big time players for the team this year. The best part though is they have other guys who can step up when guys have an off night. 
 

It still sucks losing, but even with that loss. I am very excited about the potential with this team. 

Some good things from UK and some ugly things.  Wagner and Edwards both laid eggs.  Sheppard was strong in the first half, as was Dillingham.  We really stunk the place up the last 3 minutes. 

That is a hilarious interview with Dickinson. 

"This is Kansas basketball."

How would he know?

"Rock, chalk."

Funny stuff.

No he is correct. Kansas passed UK earlier this year in the beginning of 2023.  If you looked it up, you probably saw Wikipedia which is wrong. It list UK as ahead and that’s not true.

Kansas has more wins than UK now, he was correct. Kansas passed us earlier this year in 2023.
