January 15, 200719 yr That is kind of weak, because as I said before you are just being hard headed and argumenative. Pot.. Meet kettle.
January 15, 200719 yr I'll bet that your not buying them from UK's ticket office. If you're suggesting I buy from a scalper, than you would lose that bet.
January 15, 200719 yr So you move the students from the upper deck and into the spot behind the basket. You move the die hard students in front of the camera. Next is putting those blue bloods in luxury boxes, and finally take the people from the luxury box spot and move them to the student seats in the upper level. Problem solved...
January 15, 200719 yr I'll bet that your not buying them from UK's ticket office. You are wrong on this, because there are usually always plenty of tickets available, unless you wait till a day before the game. Then usually you wont be able to find a ticket...
January 15, 200719 yr If you're suggesting I buy from a scalper, than you would lose that bet. Only bet I saw was that you weren't getting them from the UK ticket office...
January 15, 200719 yr If you're suggesting I buy from a scalper, than you would lose that bet. That's not what I suggested. However, I do know for a fact that there are no GA seats in Rupp Arena. It's all season and student tickets, granted the students hardly ever take their full allotment.
January 15, 200719 yr Only bet I saw was that you weren't getting them from the UK ticket office... Hey by the way have you seen how just about everyone else also thinks that Rupp needs to become more of an exciting place just like I do...:sssh:

Next is putting those blue bloods in luxury boxes, and finally take the people from the luxury box spot and move them to the student seats in the upper level. Problem solved... Won't work.
January 15, 200719 yr Maybe because student seats are in the upper level. You know, where the blue bloods refuse to sit... That may be true. However UK doesn't seem to have a problem finding someone who wants to sit there.
January 15, 200719 yr Hey by the way have you seen how just about everyone else also thinks that Rupp needs to become more of an exciting place just like I do...:sssh:Just about everyone else??? Or a couple of people people who rarely if ever go to Rupp??? IT AIN'T HAPPENING.

January 15, 200719 yr Then so be it. No matter what someone is going to get the raw end of the deal. Right now the students are by having most of the student seats being up in the upper arena. So if people have to lose their tickets because of the luxury boxes and so students could have more seats by the floor than so be it. Because as I said before this is the reason why UK exist is because its a college for students, so they should be able to be closer to the floor to watch their own school play. Not to mention doing that would also help out the program, by making a better perception on tv for recruits and other. Then as I said it could have an effect on the outcome of the game, when you have students yelling by the court when they other team is trying to run an offense and shoot... Im done trying to explain this to you. It's like trying to put a square block in a round hole. :walk:

It's all season and student tickets, granted the students hardly ever take their full allotment. If there are seats that the students dont take up, it is usually the seats that are in rows WW-ZZ...And do you really blame a student who pays all that tuition to go to UK, for not wanting to have to sit in the very top of the arena to watch his own school play...If students had more better seats available to them then there would be even more students going for them. But even now for the most part, the students still fill up the high nose bleed sections of the upper level. So just imagine how the students would be jumping all over the seats that were actually close to the court...
