 Mayfield actually lost points in WP (winning percentage) with this week's win because they beat a 2A team with a losing record. That and Beechwood's opponents had a good week which added points in both OWP and OOWP for Beechwood.

Thanks for the clarification. If that’s the case however, Mayfield will probably continue to drop for the next 4 weeks. All cupcake games until ending the season against a 4A team. 

RPI is so funny to me. I love the entertainment and unsettling feeling it brings week to week. We really have no clue how the playoffs will truly look come November.

No clue?  I wouldn't go that far. We are actually getting clues every single week. But if you are asking if anyone can tell you right now who the top 8 seeds will be in order at the end of the season, absolutely not.
