I think non-popcorn possibilities are Sam Elsbernd or Ricardo Johnson. I think either of those would be quality, sensible hires.

Yeah, agreed.  I guess they're still locked in that room trying to figure out the correct hire.

I don’t think any of those are popcorn worthy except Booher who would be leaving an administration job to get back into coaching. 

Not sure Phil Jackson could make a difference at Holmes these days. A coach can only be successful by the talent on the team and unfortunately the talent pool has run dry for the Bulldogs due to the major decrease in enrollment. Some will say I’m wrong, but people at the school have told me the same thing. 

So if today is the day, does that make tomorrow today?

 Holmes will name a coach Tuesday, was planned for Monday, but unfortunately a former principle passed away and it was decided to wait until Tuesday.

My popcorn is burnt.
