There are few schools of thought with it. Most of it is intertwined with IRS and pension laws... each state is different. In Morris' situation, is he back only in a part-time capacity? Again, every state is different (I no longer live in KY so not up on it), but in many situations once you make X amount of money, you have to start paying back into the system.

These rules have evolved over time. The waiting period used to be shorter and employees could be rehired, work two careers, and bring home a decent amount of pay (and pension). Quite a few still grandfathered-in under this system.

This may have been covered at some point in this thread and if so I apologize in advance. I was just wondering if anyone knows if they might lose some players from the team caused from people moving away because the factory is gone or might have lost their residence and decided to move to a different location. Tough question but I think it is a legitimate one.
