Desmond Ridder had made zero plays in this game and has missed at least three throws. He has to be much, much better for UC to win.

They need to help him get some rhythm with quick short throws and I would like UC to roll the pocket a couple times.

That hurt Cincy bad allowing Bama to go down the field 94 yards in just 8 plays to make it 17-3 with 1:36 left in the first half.

Then to get the ball to start the 2nd half, it could completely change the game.

Total yards: 302 to 81

This first possession for the Bearcats to begin the 2nd half will be huge.

Ridder needs to have ice in the veins for a game like this.  Unfortunately, he seems more worried about not making mistakes.

Is that a shock? Saban out coaches everybody. Alabama's OL and DL just too strong. By rolling Ridder and attacking the perimeter they looked better. Nice INT right now!
