Am I the only one that has this sinking feeling that at about 4:10 on Sunday the Raiders will be finishing off the Jets while the Steelers dance merrily around PBS after beating the Bengals?

Worst nightmare...

After last weekend, that's what I expect to happen...

My buddy from Louisa Jason Michael is coaching the Jets so I'm pulling for them. It is possible for the Jets and Bengals to get in so that's the route I'm pulling for:)

Jets win, SF beats Denver and SD beats Cards also puts Cincy in.

How does SD beating ARZ play in to this?

I've learned not to get my hopes up this year, every time I do they choke.

It doesn't.

If SF beats Den and KC beats Jacksonville we get in with a win.

If the Bengals aren't motivated enough to beat the Steelers, especially after all the hate from last season, then maybe they don't deserve to be in the playoffs...

You can be motivated all you but if you don't execute like last week they won't win.

The Jets have played barely .500 football against a fairly easy schedule. I think the Raiders have an excellent shot to pull the upset. I think they will be motivated to keep Art Shell's job...

You call 9-6 barely .500?

What is 8-7?

I am a Raider fan and all but they have no chance against the Jets.

Sorry. I misquoted their record. I was trying to make the point that they have played an extremely soft schedule and they haven't exactly prospered. They beat NE once in two tries. That is the only team they have beaten that will make the playoffs. They beat Tennessee on opening weekend pre Vince Young. Buffalo (7-8) Miami twice (6-9) Detroit (2-13) Houston (5-10) Green Bay (7-8) and Minnesota (6-9)...

Do you think they are a better team or could go deeper in the playoffs than the Bengals? or Pittsburgh? or Jacksonville? or (maybe) Kansas City?
