I think I have a better chance of winning the Powerball than the Raiders have in beating the Jets, and I don't even play the lottery. :D The Bengals chances of making the playoffs ended last Sunday evening when they made way too many mistakes against Denver.

Just when I start to twist myself into believing it's possible, I'm reminded that Art Shell and his crack staff are still in charge and all hope rushes away.

 

The good news is this: the Raiders defense is pretty good and the Jets offense is very average. Therefore, it should be low scoring, and in that situation, I guess anything can happen.

I was thinking the same thing. I watched the Jets Miami game and their offense stinks. They broke one big play late to lock up the win. I think the Raiders have a shot.

If they can score a Defensive TD or 2 I think they will win. I think the Jets will show how much of a pretender they are this week.

I'm not usually much for superlatives in sports related conversations (best, worst, greatest, etc.), but you may be right with this comment.

My buddy from Louisa Jason Michael is coaching the Jets so I'm pulling for them. It is possible for the Jets and Bengals to get in so that's the route I'm pulling for:)

The Jets Defense is not that bad and the Raiders offense is bad so if you think the Raiders will win.. you are hoping for a miracle. we all are hoping for a miracle.

The Jets have played barely .500 football against a fairly easy schedule. I think the Raiders have an excellent shot to pull the upset. I think they will be motivated to keep Art Shell's job...

Whats more likely? The Raiders to win. OR the Chiefs to win, and the Broncos to lose. But lets not forget, Cincy has to get a W first.
