Who is the leading candidate for this Blue Blood. Stackhouse at Vandy?

Jerry Stackhouse has gone 11-21 and 9-16 in his only two seasons being a head coach and we think he is a realistic replacement?

I’d say he’ll be really far down that list. Hasn’t exactly lit it up at Vandy. If they’re keeping it in house, I’d think Hubert Davis will be the guy.

I don't see Stackhouse myself he's lucky he wasn't fired this year at Vandy.

Stackhouse was left nothing to work with at Vandy except Pippen, he would fit nicely at his alma mater.

UNC is a top program like U.K.  and some UK people think UNC should hire a coach who has never had a winning season. UK fans would throw a fit if U.K. tried to hire a new coach who has never even had a winning record. Wouldn’t matter if they were a former player or not. 
 

The only way Stackhouse should be a true possibility is if UNC strikes out with all possible top candidates. He may get an interview for being a former player, but shouldn’t be a real possibility.

I think would be a fit like Penny at Memphis and Juan at Michigan, would relate well with players and knows the game based on experience as a player.

I’d imagine UNC already has a replacement lined up. 

I don’t think Roy would leave them in this type of shape with the transfer market the way it is.

I'd say if they keep in the Carolina family then I'd say Hubert Davis. If they go outside maybe Mark Few or maybe Scott Drew depending on how this next week plays out.

Feels like they'll probably go with Hubert Davis.  They always hire a UNC guy.
