1. Johnson Central (16-2): After reeling off 13 straight wins, Johnson Central suffered a loss to 16th Region title contender Rowan County on Saturday, March 6. Rowan County pulled away to defeat the Golden Eagles 74-55. However, Johnson Central remains on top in the 15th Region heading into the final week of the regular season with games remaining versus Betsy Layne (March 9, away), Martin County (March 10, away) and Perry County Central (March 11, home). 
 
2. Paintsville (9-8): The Tigers notched back-to-back wins over Shelby Valley and Pikeville prior to losing to Harlan. Paintsville pulled away to defeat host Pikeville 72-60 before falling to Harlan in the Panthers' invitational tournament. Paintsville is scheduled to host Martin County (March 😎 at the start of the week. 
 
3. Shelby Valley (14-6): Following a loss to Paintsville, Shelby Valley knocked off Cordia. Shelby Valley has regular season games remaining versus Floyd Central (March 10, home) and Pike County Central (March 11, away). 
 
4. Pikeville (12-10): In between wins over Jenkins and Magoffin County, Pikeville dropped back-to-back games to Lexington Christian and Paintsville. Lexington Christian defeated Pikeville in the All "A" Classic State. The Panthers are scheduled to face Wolfe County (March 9) during the final week of the regular season. 
 
5. East Ridge (13-8): Following a pair of forfeit wins over Jenkins, East Ridge rolled past Pike County Central and Buckhorn. The Warriors are scheduled to visit Morgan County (March 9) for a regular season finale
 
6. Belfry (13-9): The Pirates posted back-to-back wins over Betsy Layne and Floyd Central before falling to Bourbon County. Belfry is scheduled to host Phelps (March 10, home) and Lawrence County (March 11, home) during the final week of the regular season.
 
7. Betsy Layne (10-7): After dropping a game to Belfry, 58th District frontrunner Betsy Layne defeated 14th Region title contender Knott County Central. The Bobcats have a home game on tap versus Johnson Central (March 9) in Week 10. 
 
8. Martin County (7-11): Bouncing back, reigning 15th champion Martin County notched wins over Wolfe County and Perry County Central in Week 9. The Cardinals defeated Wolfe County after exiting February on a six-game losing skid. Martin County has games scheduled versus Paintsville (March 8, away), Phelps (March 9, away), Johnson Central (March 10, home) and Boyd County (March 11, home) in Week 10.
 
9. Pike County Central (14-8): In between losses to East Ridge and East Jessamine, Pike County Central managed to defeat Madison Southern. The Hawks' remaining regular season schedule includes games versus Magoffin County (March 9, away) and Shelby Valley (March 11, home).
 
10. Magoffin County (10-11): The Hornets defeated Lawrence County prior to dropping back-to-back games to Harlan and the host Panthers in the Pikeville Invitational. Magoffin County has regular season games remaining versus Pike County Central (March 9, home) and Prestonsburg (March 12, away). 
 
11. Lawrence County (9-8): The Bulldogs pulled away to defeat Prestonsburg in a district game prior to losing to Magoffin County. Lawrence County is slated to battle Shelby Valley (March 5, home), Wayne, W.Va. (March 8, home) and Belfry (March 11, away) in Week 10. 
 
12. Prestonsburg (9-11): The Blackcats claimed back-to-back wins over Phelps and Bath County after dropping a game to Lawrence County. Prestonsburg is slated to face Morgan County (March 11, away) and Magoffin County (March 12, home) in the final week of the regular season. 
 
13. Floyd Central (7-12): The Jaguars split a pair of games in Week 9, falling to Belfry before pulling away to defeat Menifee County. Floyd Central is scheduled to visit Knott County Central (March 9) and Shelby Valley (March 10) in the final week of the regular season. 
 
14. Phelps (3-15): The Hornets upended Menifee County prior to falling to Prestonsburg. Phelps has regular season games remaining versus Powell County (March 8, away), Martin County (March 9, home) and Belfry (March 10, away). 
 
15. Jenkins (2-13): The Cavaliers suffered four district losses via forfeits prior to dropping a pair of games to host June Buchanan and Ligon in the Gary Compton Memorial Classic on Saturday, March 6. Jenkins was scheduled to host Shelby Valley on Monday, March 8 but has forfeited the district game.
