Akron is getting an absolute dude. Not only a great athlete and QB but just a true competitor who works incredibly hard on his craft. It’s a travesty how under recruited Cam was; unfortunately I think he lands at a more highly touted school if he were able to attend more camps during the summer that were canceled because of Covid. Would not surprise me at all if he transfers to a big school after a year or two.

I thought Cam was an awesome player. If he can get his arm stronger I think he has a good chance to see the field even coming in as a PWO. Really excited to follow his college career.

Cam was an awesome player to watch this season. Did his decision to go to Beechwood hurt his recruitment for a bigger stage?

Would he be just as dominant on the field if he played a team like Trinity?

 Look at who he played against and his performance against those teams, including Covington Catholic and others.  He played against top level competition and had great performances against them.

My gut feeling is if Cam played for Trinity (assuming he would have started this year) he would have had several D1 offers.
