If UL had played AT ALL in the first half, they would have won this one. T-Will didn't show up until late in the game, and they just turned the ball over entirely too much in the 1st half. UL is going to get UK's best game of the year Saturday, and after tonight, Im not sure they'll be able to rise to the occasion...Please prove me wrong, Cards.

I would not start with the huge underdog speak just yet so that morale can be boosted on Saturday afternoon with a win. If UK is going to bring their best game of the season then it will be all down hill after Saturday for the Cats :lol: .

That's what they need...Terrance Williams didn't even score in the 1st half, and the days of him being a frosh are over...If he want's to act like the Big Man on Campus, he needs to start playing like it...Sosa didn't play well, again...At least he didn't turn it over as much tonight.

I wouldn't be surprised if that happens...Im telling you, take last year for instance...Who really thought UK was going to win last year? They came out and spanked UL, and I really dont think they played that well again all season.

The UL boards are going crazy right now. Looks just like UK's does after a loss.

 

I thought it was odd that Caracter didn't get more time in the second half, I think he was only in for a minute or two. It might have something to do with his FT shooting. Teams have found out that all they need to do is foul the guy, because he is absolutely horrid at the line. Edgar Sosa doesn't seem ready to run this team, was out of control most of the night. T-Will is in an extremely bad shooting slump, and needs to get out of it quickly if the Cards want to have some success.

 

This loss hurts UK as well because I think the Cards come out more fired up than ever Saturday. Should be a good one.

The Cards will come out fired up Saturday and so will UK and if neither done they deserve to loose. All that leaves after tip off and it comes down to who plays a better game anyways.

This is a team Louisville should have beat but they are a pretty good team and can pull some upsets. Ford brings back some good talent and you better bring a good game to play them Louisville didnt do that and they lost, its that simple.

A step closer to Ford at UK?

Wow Im glad to see Ford beat his former coach, but now this just could make for an eve harder time for some of us on saturday if UK loses. Because if UL beats UK, then we will have those normal fans saying UL lost to Dayton and UMASS and we cant even beat UL, Tubby needs to be fired...

 

On a side note though, as I have said for awhile if Tubby was to go Travis Ford would be a guy I would like to see get the job...

If he gets fired, the UK fans will be wanting him to replace Tubby, LOL.

 

If Pitino gets fired, UK should bring him in to be a kind of a Co-Head Coach with Tubby. Let Pitino do the recruiting, and work with breaking down the guys shots and making them better shooters, and let Tubby handle the defense and the other things...
