Coach Wolfe has not been shy on social media about expressing his opinion on the issue that for sure.

And while I am at it, I wonder if Coach Wolfe is thinking about other job opportunities moving forward?  My gut says a return "back home" may be an option.

JCPS has roughly 100,000 students. Lets be honest: Wolfe is speaking on behalf of the 100 on his team - 0.001% of the JCPS population. Pretty low threshold of people to be concerned about.

I say it all tongue in cheek. But it is important to note that a school district is in charge of all students, not a team's worth. And the thought process that goes into that type of decision making is often extremely different.

 

 

Start the playoffs now. Take the top 8 RPI and play a three game playoff.  Everyone else can play another game if they choose.   It’s not ideal, but it makes sense. I’m not sure if you looked at RPI today you could find a contender outside of the top 8 from each class.  It would give us a chance to determine a champion and give the kids closure on a season.  Finals would be on the weekend of 11/14.

I don't have a problem with him speaking up for his team, I get that. 

The "Land of the FREE and Home of the BRAVE" is ignorant, mostly because it is completely irrelevant to the pandemic.

Seeding based on RPI is horrible.

North Hardin had a better RPI than Trinity last season.

Guess Trinity upset North Hardin?

And KHSAA RPI for volleyball has Sacred Heart at ... 27th.

They can play through Sunday. Whatever decision made will go into effect on Monday. St.X supposed to play PRP in JV game Monday but I don’t think it will happen.

New covid map was sent out and Jefferson County still red so not looking good for JCPS teams and their opponents next week.
