Boston Marathon - Postponed to September 14th.

 

Daviess County Schools - Online non-traditional instruction procedures 03/16 - 04/06.

 

Fort Thomas Independent Schools - Online non-traditional instruction procedures 03/16 - 03/27.

 

Frankfort Independent Schools - Online non-traditional instruction procedures 03/16 - 03/24. Intercession/Spring break will occur 03/25 - 04/10.

 

Jefferson County Public Schools - Schools will close on Monday, March 16 and reopen after Spring Break on Monday April 6.

 

Keeneland - Racing will occur without spectators 04/02 - 04/14.

 

Keeneland - Two-Year-Olds-In-Training and Horses Of Racing Age Sale scheduled for April 7 is cancelled.

 

Kenton County Schools - Online non-traditional instruction procedures 03/16 - 03/27.

NASCAR - Racing vents to be held without fans until further notice.

 

National Basketball Association - 2020 season suspended indefinitely.

 

National Hockey League - 2019/20 season suspended indefinitely.

 

NCAA - All remaining winter/spring championships are cancelled.

 

Northern Kentucky University - Spring Break is extended through 03/21. Beginning 03/23 all classes will be changed to online delivery.

 

Pendleton County Schools - Online non-traditional instruction procedures 03/16 - 03/27. Spring Break will occur 03/30 - 04/03.

 

Professional Golf Association - All PGA tour events, including The Players Championship, are cancelled until the Valero Texas Open with events beginning 03/28. The Masters, scheduled for 04/06 have been postponed indefinitely.

 

SEC - Regular season competition for teams in all sports on SEC campuses are suspended through March 30th, as well as all championship events.

 

Turfway Park - All racing will occur without spectators through March 28.

 

University of Kentucky - Will remain open, but instruction will continue through online or other alternatives from 03/23 - 04/03.

 

University of Lousiville - As of last update, March 11th, Spring Break is extended through 03/17. All classes will be offered remotely from 03/18 - 04/05.

 

University of Louisville - All athletic related activities are suspended indefinitely.

It's still a recommendation but from what I can tell they are all following along with the recommendation.

Pendleton County is out for three weeks starting Monday. The third week is Spring Break, so only two weeks of non-traditional instruction. Teachers still have to go to school.
